I head up last week of April to help get bear baits started and it is always a crap shoot on what the weather will be, sometimes 60F sometimes 20-25F
Most the time there is still snow in the bush

Oh for sure. Very regular to still have snow on the ground late April, early May.

We had our first snow last night here in Thornton…sure does make all the effort of putting up the Christmas lights worth it.

Not too sure about that. Pretty average deer season, we had a big warm up in the middle and then the snow at the end. I’ve heard more deer came in after the snow.
