70-80 catches, 800-1000 yards, 6-8 TDs.
Add in 200 rushing yards.
If he can’t do that this year with this WR room, I think it’d be concerning.
That sounds very reasonable.
Less than where I thought he would be when we drafted him.

This is fair and I agree with your sentiments, I expect him to be a 1B this year. Think Tee Higgins good year (which looks a lot like Davicus’s projections).
65 catches 1,016 yards 6 TDs. Another 125 or so yards and two TDs rushing. I think it’s very uneven though with something like half of that production in four games due to some massive chunk plays.
He needs to finally prove to be a capable nfl WR. I personally don’t see it but I’m hoping for the best.
Pro bowl or near pro bowl to me to justify his draft position
Jaylen Waddle level stats would be nice:
Just looking at the off-season workout photo’s, you can tell somthing has clicked in this kid. Its nothing short of amazing. Coach Dan and colleagues somehow lit a fire under him.
Yes sir. I’d say a few less catches and a few more yards, but this ballpark.
Where did you see that? I’d be interested in viewing them.
JW is in a lot of those photos.
The key is Goff developing a high degree of trust that JW is going to run the routes correctly and will be where he’s supposed to be. If JW does that, he should be highly successful.
1000+ rushing and receiving yards with another 6 total touchdowns.
If everyone is healthy, Jamo is not going to get more targets than ASRB and LaPorta. You also have to think Gibbs is much more involved in the passing game this year as well.
His efficiency is what I want to see. What does he do with the targets he does get. Is he consistently challenging defenses deep. Let’s cut down on the concentration drops. Stats are not going to be the best judge, IMO, because he won’t have near the opportunity because of St Brown/LaPorta.

This is where i am at. I think the numbers will be there. Where i have been struggling is the catches and i like your number. I could see 55-65 and over 1k yards and more on reverses. I’ve heard too many times that JAMO isnt a volume catcher…he is a 3 balls a game for 90-100 yards kinda guy…but then we saw him have 5-6 intermediate yard catches a game in the playoffs so who knows?
Brad Holmes said on 97.1 this morning they are expecting a big leap from Jamo this year.
You should start a thread about that.

I wonder if the disconnect to this point goes to Goff throwing WR open that was discussed in another thread. If Goff throws you open and aren’t running route correctly, there will always be a disconnect between the two.
Hopefully that is being, will be, fixed since the end of last season, just a short few months ago. (Felt good to type that ending).
I kind of feel like this is where most of us will land:
60+ catches good less bad
1000+ yard good less bad
150+ yards rushing good less why???
10+ TD this may be higher than most but he needs to have more impact and force teams to account for him. If this happens you can expect LaPorta and ARSB to explode also and this offense to be top 3 in the whole league.
A huge key to this years offense is forcing that vertical stretch of the defense to open up that middle of the field. The Bears are one team that crowded the middle of the field and did a good job of shutting the Lions down. The Lions need to make them pay for this over commitment by throwing over the top and hitting those hole along the side lines. This is mostly on Jamo. If he can make teams pay they will be forced to pick their poison. And in general teams will play anti-KC defense protecting the over the top and “forcing” the Lions to play ball control which Goff loves.
Anyway, I think Jamo is a big piece of the puzzle as the Lions need to have more true vertical threat. And listen the Lions did lead the league with I think 20+ yard completions. But I am betting they did not lead the league in air yards. Ben runs a ton of crossing routes looking to create YAC plays.
I really need the season to start…gonna be a very long 3 months.
