What has been your favorite Lions trick play this season?

So I am not sure if it is really a true trick play but I love the hook and ladder plays. I especially like how the one with ARSB and Gibbs had some miss direction added into the mix.

Just one of those plays that you can run every game that is not an all or nothing type of play.

Like the triple reverse and stuff like that have a high risk/reward to it. But the hook and ladder is like OK 7 yard gain or 17+ yard gain.

This will be a good play. Goff pretends to be dead after the handoff, and the opponent’s defensive end starts giving CPR and holding hands with other defenders. Meanwhile, Penei Sewell takes the ball and runs for a touchdown

My favorite off script play of the year to date, the TD pass to Skipper. Mostly because Skip has been a grinder playing 2nd string after being cut like 6-7 times in his career.
I love when the underdog comes through.

My favorite trick was winning a game that Goff was intercepted 5x in.

You know that ball is in a case somewhere, as it should be. Good for Skip.

The next one.

The greatest trick that Goff ever pulled was convincing the world that he was not a threat.

Man, this is a hard question.

Montgomery threw an absolute dart. That gets elevated to a certain level due to the execution.
Sewell levitating on a 3rd down conversion a couple years ago, just to get up and slap the defender away like a little bitch… that’s probably my favorite, just because of the attitude it exhibits.

The Decker 2-point conversion is way up there, too, even if the retarded ref stole it from us.

I loved that onside kick that caught the Bills completely by surprise.

My favorite was Amon Ra to Goff for a Tuddy.

I like the ones that don’t work so I can listen to specific talking heads tell me how terrible Dan is and that it will for sure bite us in the playoffs.

We have our “11 personnel” on the field, and just got a first down. Brock Wright runs into the huddle – now there are 12 men on the field. Huddle breaks, Goff starts gesticulating wildly about his helmet. The guys are getting into position, but Goff runs to the sideline, to Coach Campbell. When Goff leaves the field, the ball is snapped immediately to Gibbs, the other team is completely caught off guard, touchdown.

The CPR routine just takes too much time… I think it’s gotta be a fake hammy string pull. Get Jamo to stop mid route, hold the back of his leg for a split second and then burn past the defenders for a TD

By far the least run play of the year because it is so rare and catches the fans and opponents by suprise…the punt. Fox runs it to perfection.

My favorite one didn’t even work… The Sewell “non pass” that turned into him dragging 4 defenders for a 1 yard loss :joy:

Sewell is like Barry. Even a 1 yard loss is a hold your breath moment!
