If you are ever in Baltimore…no real reason to be…but if you are then you gotta try CHAPS out. It was on Diners, drive-ins and dives. The wife and I lived in Baltimore for a few years and everyone we have ever taken there loves it. This place has a line out the door at 11 am on a Sunday…and that is funny bc it shares a parking lot w a strip club.
