When the Lions extended Goff, ARSB, Sewell and McNeil, 2026 was always going to contain significant restructures. Those four players are currently counting for $160M in cap space, yet their APY’s are $127M.
The fact that we are over the cap doesn’t mean anything. It’s part of what was planned and anticipated when we did those extensions.
