Im a HUGE racing game fan. however definitely fell off lately. Just dont have time any more. Especially with how much you gotta GRIND to get more cars, unless you pay for micro transactions
But the new one is made by the same people that did Burn Out. An i played the CRAP out of those
Installed the mod successfully. Seems cool so far but just started again. Went with the bard/paladin class. I like the idea of being able to mess with people and open up dialogue options.
I wasnt sure how I’d feel about moving with WASD in the game, but now I prefer it, especially when playing in 3rd person.
Also, just downloaded and booted up the Mortal Shell 2 demo a little while ago…normally not a huge fan of the “soulslike” games and the slower/stam based combat, (didnt really like the way the first Mortal Shell felt from the jump, did the 2 hour steam refund on it) but they got rid of stamina entirely and the combat/movement feels much more snappy and action combat like…gonna finish the demo, and if I like it, I’ll prob get the game when it releases this week…feels pretty good, and also looks great
I never did try the first Mortal Shell since reviews were not great. I do really enjoy soulslike games. I’ll give the Mortal Shell 2 demo a shot. Also looking forward to Phantom Blade Zero.
Yeah PBZ is prob my most anticipated game of the year (along with Control Resonant)…and rumor has it there may be PBZ demo getting released tmrw on Aug 17…that would be amazing.
Thats right, I played that as well, another release I’m looking forward to… gawdammit, there’s soooo many great looking games coming out the rest of the year, it’s almost not even fair, who’s got time for all of it?! Oh, and then there’s the Wolverine game on PS5 coming out in Sept…sighhhh
This reminded me of Secrets of Mania! At least I think that was the name haha. Was legit! Used to play 3 or 4 way campaign with The neighborhood kids on SNES. One of them had the 4 way adapter.
Also triggered a memory of my dad bringing home a Turbo Graphx 16 when they first game out. I may have played 80% of the games ever made for that.
