  1. Shorter smaller Plaxico Burress maybe?
  2. Probably not the best.

Puka is darn good. I do wonder what his production would look like without Stafford though. Stafford seems to massively inflate the numbers of most wr’s he plays with.

Stafford has never doubted his ability to throw guys open. When it works, it’s amazing. We all know what it looks like when it doesn’t.

Anquan is an interesting comparison because of that physical element they both so heavily use. But I feel like Puka has a deep game element that anquan didn’t have. The numbers may not support that. Just a gut feeling from watching the way they play.

Stafford has another Favre similarity in this regard. I don’t think it happened much here, but in LA i do get the sense he helps blow up receiver stats for guys.

Stafford didn’t develop at all during the Jim Schwartz era. His best seasons with the Lions were also the teams with the least talent.

Puka is maybe the best blocking WR in football and also the hardest to tackle. His Yacs are sick

It happened all the time here…seriously??? Marvin Jones, Golden Tate, Kenny Golladay just off the top of my head. Those guys did very little in their careers elsewhere. There are several more “scrubs” i just dont really care to search them out at the moment.

I think Fitz is a good comp for Puka. They have slightly different styles obviously. But both are extremely good at all phases … block, slot, deep ball, hands, tough to bring down.
