If McNeill moves into the Pro Bowl–All Pro level, that would be the biggest leap.
However, I’m going to say Josh Paschal probably has the most upside if he can stay healthy.

Biggest leap would have to be Levi or Paschal. Levi is finally healthy AND in football shape. Paschal also stuggled with injuries. I think both show major improvements this year and produce at a pretty high level for their relative number of snaps.

Paschal pretty obvious choice.
But I’m going with Alim again like I did last offseason. He went from average to good last year. Now with Reader beside him, Alim goes from good to great!
