In the Kenny G. thread, TCLion said that the market should be flooded with players due to the shrinking cap.
Throw out some names of players on other teams that you think will be cut.
Players that could fill our needs at WR, LB, and D-line.

Most of the Saints roster, they are estimated 75 million over the cap for next year.
Going to be a ton of one year deals.
Not sure how much it will benefit the Lions though. Guys may take those deals where they feel they can win.
Come back the following offseason for bigger paydays.

It’s a virtual certainly that Marshon Lattimore is going to be traded over the offseason. 10+ million in cap savings and no dead money for a team that has to shave off over 70 million.
Just another example of a premier corner being available in the off-season, like every other year… But we draft one at 3 instead… And he’s a projection, not even a premier player yet.
