Even if we could do it, it would be a dick move. And what’s the rush? There’s still plenty of time after the UFL season is over. Honestly it’s the best way for him to gain experience, certainly better than some glorified practice kicking he’d be doing if he was already with us.
This is it for sure. Why would anyone not want him kicking in games under pressure?
The injury rate for kickers is damn low so no worries there either.
Heck I was sitting here thinking why wouldn’t you want your kicker in that league anyway. Or your draft pick. Get their ass in some actual games to get a better read.
Yeah it’d be great if you could assign some of your roster fodder to those leagues like they did the old NFL Europe. A true minor league. Nothing beats actual game action.
