I saw one screen play with dan today . Against good pressuring teams I have not seen much screen plays with dans play calling ,why? Is he calling plays to give his team a break ?

Play calling was very suspect today… I’m guessing they didn’t trust the OL to block it right 
they couldn’t block anyone today tho, seems like this would be a screen type of game

I remember one that got absolutely blown up. Think there was a second as well but can’t recall for certain.
Bad timing… They were blitzing from the edges a bit, hit a screen on one of those and look out. Again, not sure how coordinated the OL would be getting out to block it and not pick up a penalty either

Seemed like most of our pass plays took a long time to develop. Needed quick hitters. Terrible game plan.

There were two screenplays one did get blown up and the other one went for some pretty good yardage, but them people were in the backfield before anybody could even do anything. I’m not sure I’ve seen anything like it.

We did have one screen that picked up some yardage. I think it was Monty. It got a first down so it was notable lol
In addition to having almost zero screen pass schemes, he seemed to 100% forget about how dangerous Jamo is out of the backfield. A weapon like that and those plays disappear inexplicably? High ticket prices should provide for high excitement. I love screaming his name more than anything. I feel bad for Jamo that he didn’t get to achieve more recognition this year.

The bubble screens, jet sweeps, creative trick plays etc to get him the ball just don’t seem to materialize within this offense. I really think the Lions could use him a bit more like Percy Harvin used to be deployed. At least shades of it. It feels like he could be a bigger weapon if utilized properly

I know people will defend it by saying “these guys are back ups” but have they not learned contain at all this season? Why do they keep jumping inside???

Shep should be coaching that stuff, and players need to be executing

Flores defense is always going to give young inexperienced OL players problems
