Signed DPJ, released CJ Moore, Comish to IR.

So they are at 52 and 15 again,

Still one spot on each to go

Peko is still on the PS right?

what has DPJ done here again?

CBS ranks it top in NFL….

I don’t envy these guys who have to constantly generate content.

How do you evaluate 32 practice squads full of guys you’ve never heard of?

Maybe he had hops like that coming out of college? He was a burner at UM, but with the Lions he looks like he is giving the DB a piggyback ride. Zero separation.

I never thought DPJ looked as explosive on the field as his RAS score would suggest.

I think it was @CuriousHusker that mentioned he does have good long speed… but definitely seems to have “build up” speed rather than suddenness.

4.48 IIRC. So it’s solid. I think there is just generally a lack of suddenness both in terms of changes of speed and tempo as well as change of direction.

Something to keep in mind is fans love to post RAS scores from pre draft. But the college players train specifically for the combine drills for months, sometimes years. An nfl vet with several years in the league with a bunch of more hits and wear and tear… The combine results from 5 years+ ago become irrelevant.
