Sometimes it sucks to make tough decisions! When a great soldier is placed in the role of general but fails miserably leading his troops into battle, you need to replace him with a general capable of leading the troops.
It sucks, LOVE THE SOLDIER, but itās a decision that must be made ASAP.

Thereās a 0% chance theyāre moving on from Moore. God himself couldnāt field a great team with all that they lost in the off-season plus having no QB. Blame whomever you want for that, but the QB room is what it is.

Yet they still will have 6-8 players getting drafted in April. 3-4 in the in rounds 1-2.
This teams floundering play has much more to do with leadership than talent.
Many have done much more with much less.

It depends. Recruiting is still very important to the success of a team. Cultures arenāt built in the portal.

How often did UGA, Bama, UofM, OSU, etc.

The teams winning Chips donāt rely soley on the transfer portal.
It has been a minor thing for the top programs.
Most. Probably want to look that up again. Yeah uofm had a nice run, but that doesnāt mean shit now. All i know is uofm.fans still have a much better future then the shit show at msu

After watching the NCAA #1 rated team have a defensive secondary that is filled with first year players all from the transfer portal.

Itās because of the hand Moore was dealt. He didnāt have an opportunity to get a QB in the portal. He didnāt have the opportunity to address the glaring holes in the roster. He had to play the hand he was dealt, and it was not a good one. Itās part the fault of Michiganās success, and part the fault of the timing of Harbaughās departure.
Not all situations are created equal. Iām not sure why so many expected a great team with this schedule and offensive roster. Itās going to take some time.

They lost a ton after a coaching change. Still, Alabama is flooded with 5 and 4 star recruits that want to move on when they donāt get playing time. Thatās the curse of having the top recruiting classes. Most programs donāt have that āproblemā.
