I did not expect a great team this year, yes, we lost a lot of talent. Doesnāt mean we are out of talent.
The lack of football IQ and fight being displayed by this team is a direct reflection of the HC.
Its no different than my earlier MCDC analogy, his 3-13 1st year team had a ton of spirit and fight, they improved as the year went on.
I am now seeing the complete opposite with Moore leading MI.

They do though. Indiana is 9-0 and lost guys in the portal already. Im not saying uofm will have a issues but getting a kid means not as much as did 10 years ago.

with a QB, RB, most of the OL, and almost all of the top notch defense being players they recruited and developed.
I realize that MSU is accustomed to losing good good players like Keon Colemanā¦ so I understand why it cuts like a knifeā¦

Not clever at all, Daryl Rogers sucked as a HC.
He never had a winning season, he was fired in his 4th year with a 2-9 record.
Why in the heck was he still coaching this team in his 4th year? It was obvious for all to see, he was not HC material. It took Daryl going to the media asking what it took to get fired before WCF pulled the trigger.
Why be a WCF, when you know someone is not qualified to be the HC?
The sooner you make a move and find the right HC, the sooner you start rebuilding the roster with players who want to be apart of the rebuild.
The longer you wait, the weaker the roster depth becomes. If you are a real fan of the team, not the coach, the team, the sooner you will want the right HC in place. Itās about the Wolverines, not Moore.

If he remains the HC for 25 and starts turning things around, I will be the happiest guy in the world to eat crow. But I have been apart of this game for too long to think this is even a remote possibility.

Too long, he has been head coach for nine games this season??? Harbaugh did him little favors in the timing of his departure.
The situation when Moore took over was different and he proved he could coach last season.
He gets next season has been my msg all along, If he doesnāt improve he is done.

Yes, too long, I knew Rich Rod was not a MI man after 3 games. I had hope in Brady early in his tenure, but knew the big time was too big for him.
I know without a doubt Moore is not HC material at this time. Iām not anti Moore, Iām anti waiting for the inevitable.
Hope Iām wrong, but I know better.
