I really think of it in terms of the NFL. Recruiting is like the draft, and transfers are like free agency (used to round out your roster).
Itās probably not a true apples to apples thing, but I believe that itās the best way to build a championship team.

Itās possible, but itās also not good to have the reputation as a program of not giving a coach a fair shot.
Iām not sure what everyone as worried about if they stick with Moore. How could the program be set back? From everything I have read from Michigan fans this season, it is very easy to replace a QB in the portal. In fact itās easy to rebuild a team immediately in the portal. So expect a lightning quick turn around. Of course if that isnāt true, then calling for Mooreās firing in season one might be a tad impulsive, right?
I was all for going after a proven coach when Harbaugh left, but the timing didnāt allow that. Under different circumstances Kalen DeBoer would be coaching at Michigan, but he wasnāt available. (A few years from now after the weight of expectations gets to him, he may wish he waited)
