2025 Lions that are free agents in 2026

They filled in the best they could but the defense fell off a cliff without Kerby and then Branch. There is a reason those guys make vet minimum money.

Our defense was ranked in the bottom 3rd of the NFL and we missed the playoffs. Not sure if that’s ā€œworkingā€ personally

The DL was ranked in the bottom 5.

LBs above average

CBs bottom 10

Safeties (INCLUDING Maddox, Thomas Harper) top 10.

The DL has been the problem since the beginning.

Branch and Kerby were just able to mask it.

cant put to much blame on the CBs when they have to cover man v man for over 5 seconds

Yeah I’m still taking a tackle in the 1st round. I address DE in trade or FA.

First round draft pick DE

2nd round draft pick OT.

After that dont matter,

Free agency/ trade

Best Center on the Market.

Top 5 DE on the market.

Slightly above league minimum - 2 LBs, 2 DBs. 1 WR.

Thats what this team needs to do. Theres really no other way out of it

yea I’m not sure what the deal is with our dline aside of not being super creative. on paper we SHOULD have the horses for at least top half in the nfl.

A dreadlocked coach looks the part? I’d argue that he looks as far away from the part as just about any DC. Though I still think he might end up being quite good at his job with proper seasoning.

Really offense hurt big time over Ben Johnson going to Chicago. Hopefully Drew P can rebound the team back to their winning ways.

Resign

Kyle Allen QB

Leaf if he’s cheap PR / WR5

…And the Defensive depth guys

Rock, Maddox, Amik, Stuart, Lopez, AQM

The rest can all go

I’m sure Paschal , Levi, and Davenport will be around still tho :man_facepalming:t2: just PUP them and see if they come back in December for a couple games
