I believe many forms of autism is really improper function of this nn-dmt neurotransmitter system. If you don’t know what sensory inputs are more important than others you tend to have a case of non-verbal autism. Ive seen miracles happen when non verbal autistic kids are given medicine that helps them ignore the extra inputs and focus. (Such as THC).

Pretty much all natural cannabinoids are medicine to the human body. I think we are upto over 100 of them. This paper has awesome diagrams of the pathways.
