Engstrand would be my betting favorite since he’s the passing game coordinator.
Mark Brunell also possible. He’s done a great job with Goff.
Hank and Scottie will continue to scheme up the run game well.
Now the wildcard is if Ben starts trying to take Lions coaches with him.
Agreed and I would have bet on Engstrand as well but with Scottie on the staff I’m not sure who would get it.
Plus there is a chance that Ben takes one of the two with him.

Renowned for having the most complex and diverse run game in college (excluding QB run). Has worked around QBs with limited mobility. Pass game has had a play action and rip it aspect to it.
Has a long history of calling plays and his downfall coincided with handing over play calling duties due to the pandemic.
He just turned down overtures from Iowa but I think a pro gig would intrigue him.

Makes sense. The Kingsbury / Leach air raid offense is an awful fit for Goff. I would’ve loved to see Stafford run it though (even if he isn’t as mobile as Mayfield and Mahomes (who did run it successfully in college).
