CFP makes money from ESPN.

SEC makes money from ESPN.

Espn has a major factor in it.

And the CFP picking Alabama over Notre dame last year? No SEC bias right? (When virtually every major computer ranking system had ND way over Bama)

Your gonna see it more and more with the 12 team playoff. Choosing the 6th best SEC team vs the 5th best B10 or 2nd best ACC or B12 team.

Notre Dame alumnus here…Notre Dame didn’t get in because THEY DIDN’T DESERVE TO!

So here’s the thing, I’ve already explained why I think this whole SEC vs Big 10 argument is the height of silliness. So clearly I also don’t care enough to get sucked into a conversation about why I should care more. They’re both very good and no matter what anyone saying now, that will remain true.

did ND poop down their pants. Yes they did. But so did Bama.

And Bama had 3 losses. And im sorry. A 3 loss team should not get in over any 2 los p4 team.

But its going to 24 teams soon so well get 8 sec teams in

Ummm….Alabama was the #1 seed in the SEC and lost in the SEC championship game to Georgia….which made them 10-2. Their third loss came to Indiana…IN THE PLAYOFFS. Bama, who I despise, deserved it over Notre Dame

3 losses is still 3 losses.

(They need to remove the conference champ games)

24 teams i think is the magic number for college football.

In basketball. You play everyone in your conference 2x. And yet 76 teams make it out of 360 teams . (21%) with half the field being p4.

Where football, you only play half your conference. And only 8.5% make it? 24 would be 17%. A respectable number of teams with how few teams you play.

at 24 teams, theres absolutely no body that will be left out that will deserve it.

7 B10, 7 SEC, 3 ACC, 3 B12. 2Go6, 2 extras. (Likely Sec and Nd)

But composite rankings, from all credible sources.

ND was the 6th best team. Bama was 13th.

Should have been.

Indy, OSU, Tex Tech, Oregon, Georgia, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, T A&M, Miami, Oklahoma, James Mad, Tulane.

Heck most poll, and computer rankings had BYU and Utah ahead of Bama too. But a B12 team ahead of BAMA? Espn would never.

Is BoydPrime a better deal than Spanktravision?

Were their 3 losses prior to the playoffs?? Dude I swear I don’t understand how your brain works. Notre Dame buried themselves with the 0-2 start first off. The only ranked teams that the beat were #20 USC and #22 Pitt. Bama was a regular season conference rocking champ and lost in the SEC Championship game. What conference championship did 2-loss Notre Dame have?? Did they even play ion one. Trust me I live and die by this team…but I focking hate their my shit don’t stink arrogance. It’s why I am banned from every Notre Dame message board that I know of because of debates like you and I are having. If the mods here were Notre Dame fans, they would ban me in a second because I am not gone hold shit back on this for king football program no matter how much I love them or root for them. Notre Dame DID NOT deserve to get in…PERIOD!

Also I don’t want to jinx it but it looks like we’re going to sign DJ Jacobs. That’s a big one.

Our 2028 class looks like it’s going to be an all timer. We’re in on basically everyone.

Ohio State gets to play #2, #5, #6, one of the #14s, #16, and #22.

Alabama gets to play #3 and #8 both at home. I’ll be at both of those games.

Should be exciting.

BYU in the top 15 to start the year, I’ll be interested to see how that plays out

SEC, means more.
