Oregon seems like the only team that doesn’t suck balls this year. I guess I’ll root for them.
I’m right there with you….hate them both ![]()
You and me both
I really wanted Indy to beat OSU so the Bucks would lose their collective minds. Then watch Indy get housed by Oregon and everyone wonder what we are doing with 12 teams ![]()
So did Clemson winning knock Alabama out?
I kind of like when OSU beats every one else but just loses to Michigan myself. I don’t want them to see themselves as crappy, I just want them to have Michigan nightmares.

If it’s not that way, there is no point in having a conference championship game. It’s just another game to get injured in. They have to give those teams a bye if they want to maintain the significance of winning your conference.
And elimination(edit; losing) removes you from the top 12 apparently…for some anyways, ie ACC/B12 MWest.
Just send christmas cards to Day with Harbaugh on the front of the card…

We find out at noon today.

Yeah, they have a mess.

Depends if you believe SMU should be the 12th seed or Alabama.
I personally dont believe so. Because bama is a major program with a huge TV draw. Where SMU isnt.
Looks like the AP dropped SMU behind Alabama in their final poll. They have Alabama at 11 and SMU at 12. Which of course means SMU would fall out of the playoffs…in their poll.
Nah. Don’t agree.
Texas stays in front of OSU. One lost to Michigan at home other beat Michigan on the road. And Michigan was without two of their star players for OSU.
Of course it may have to be done that way to avoid conference rematch in first round.
But Michigan was playing much better football when they played us.
That combined with our two wins over playoff teams should make up for a 3 point loss.
Much better is quesionable. At kickoff it was a 23.5 point favorite I believe for OSU.
Without Loveland and Johnson it was a bad loss no matter how anyone looks at it.
I get it they beat two playoff teams (but PSU is great at choking any big game and Indiana is a bit over rated with no major win and just 1 game vs a top 25 program).
Personally I move OSU to 8 vs Tennessee.
True, they were but same argument I have for no AL as they had two losses against bad teams. 20pt favorites as OSU was over UM without their two best players.
Either way OSU is in we watch now to see what happens to AL and I think they get in.
Now, if the committee removes SMU, there is no reason for a team to play tough schedules going forward. Specifically teams that are not in the SEC and the B1G as the will get penalized for those losses.
Indiana is drastically overrated and another data point for non-sec/b1g teams to not play tough schedules.
Alrighty then…here we go…
