I’ll be interested to see the details of this contract… Up to 33 million means nothing, what’s guaranteed? I’d be shocked if the eagles didn’t leave themselves an out after an injured season.

A minority coach or front office guy has to be with the team for two years to qualify for a comp pick when he’s hired as a HC or GM. I think you might have for your wires crossed with that.
