One week later, Taylor responded to those critics by saying he actually lined up his jump with the quarterback’s cadence, which looks like a false start to the naked eye.
So why aren’t opposing defense picking up on this cadence and mimicking Taylor?
This is not really on JT. It is on the referees for not doing there job. Speak to him about it and if he keeps doing it flag him. I doubt it would take more than 1 or 2 flags to get him to line up properly. But as long as they said nothing why should he change?
Jags/Chiefs should be a good game, but no matter the opponent I was planning on watching just to see if he changed his positioning or if the league was going to call it tight.
It’s a penalty “after” the Lions game not during. It’s very much like the GB holding rule. It’s just good technique if you play for the Packer but if you leave and go play for the Lions it is now a penalty. Just ask TJ Lang.
The good news is we have a team now that can overcome bad plays and bad officiating. In the past all it took was one bad play or one eggregious call to lose a game. Not so anymore. We will drag the officials out into the deep water just like other teams and tread water until they are exhausted. Love this teams demeanor!
