Part of the answer is who is still on the board when Lions are up.
I would think 8 works as you arenât including wild card options.

The Jags kind of ran to the podium with Fautanu on the board. Itâs amazing how many assets theyâve put on that OL and they still suck.

We could get up to Rams pick by Giving up our 2nd rounder and getting back a 5
or maybe giving our 3rd and a 2025 day 3 pick
With Donald gone you would think the Rams go with a DT here.

they can go anything Defense wise and its a fantastic pick up for them
Replacing Donald is very unlikely, and if I were them I wouldnât even bother in this draft. Newton and Murphy are good prospects, but nowhere near that level. NEXT YEARâS draft though will have plenty of dudes. If I were them Iâd strengthen elsewhere.
