Really, it would be cool to just have a #4 who can put up like 20 catches. Kennedy is capable of that with enough opportunities. Someone could emerge as well, we’ll see.
I didn’t realize WR4 leaguewide was only about 20-22 catches on average. Makes sense why they would cut Dortch if he’s not a great blocker as that would be the majority of what he’s asked to do, aside from special teams.
Chris Farley died in 1997. Good comedy lives forever. I had a small black and white TV in my bedroom when I was a kid that my grandparents gave me. I only got like NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, PBS and CBC. The only 2 things I watched on CBC were Hockey Night in Canada and Kids in the Hall.
Which is why he’s now the #3… The fact that he caught 6 as the #4 is absurd and no one is expecting that from the 4th WR on the roster. Kalif had 0-1-2-1 as a #3/4 receiver for the Lions over 4 years, all while they boasted a top 5 offense. Tay Martin is just fine for less than 20 receptions and a TD or two… Not to mention he’s a hell of a ST player
I just grabbed whatever I came up on youtube, and I don’t know why that channel is all pork recipes, but if you dig you can find loads of variety. He cooked the same way authentic Chinese restaurants do.
But also look up Uncle Roger on youtube. He’s great too.
Those are certainly not 2025 numbers…I mean just the fact that you typed all that out and didn’t notice so many players incorrect means you don’t follow other teams in the NFL.
These are also not all these teams number 4-6. This is just where each player ranked 4-6 n catches on the team. These numbers could have guys who started as 4-6 but outperformed 1-3 due to injury or other reasons.
Really weird attempt at disproving how weak our depth is. Actually, this literally proves my point on how weak our depth is at WR. How many catches did our current 4-6 have last year? According to this list…it would rank dead last. Again weird…
I already conceded the importance of 4-6 is probably minimal. So what exactly was the point of this list? Feels like it just reiterates why I made a fuss in the first place.
That’s pretty good for a rookie #4 who has now been promoted #3… How many can you name that are better?
Look at the rosters of the other 32 teams. How many can you claim are better than the Lions when you look at WR’s 4-6 or better yet 4-7?
If you’re being honest. It’s not many at all.
He’s young and can back-up both WR and TE. That’s what makes him a quality depth guy. He’s a very sure handed player too. Blocking needs some work though.
Most teams do not have experience in their depth pieces. Let alone two veteran depth pieces who have been in the league sometime. Not to mention plus ST and PS guys.
You say it’s the weakest and Dan is saying it’s the deapest he’s ever coached. Think about that a minute. Is it possible you’re not seeing the truth here?
Take a step back. Look at the Lions offensive weapons across the board. RB, TE, WR and ST. Compare them to the rest of the league. Then rank them by age, production as a unit, and ST contributions.
If you’re being honest you should have the Lions near the top of the league overall.
I just wanna say for the record that Johnnie Morton caught 3 passes as a rookie….but I believe he was behind both Aubrey Matthews and Anthony Carter on the depth chart. He played in 14 games and started none…but next thing you know he’s #3 a full season later and we know the rest
