Drink more…I’m on my 2nd 2 fingers of Glenmorangie after a nice medium rare TBone (for me, well dine porterhouse for Mah Sweetie, complete w my tears while cooking it to discus level), steak juice added to the mushroom/onion topper saute’ and Ponzu/Grenadine glazed brussell sprouts w bacon pieces.
Never a doubt on that.
Moved on too bourbon.
That ponzu-grenadine glaze is going in my recipe book…elevated from “whats left in the fridge”
Add this bottle to the recipe, I was able to buy a few bottles earlier today.
