The discretion given to the refs to call taunting is overboard. They can’t be making judgement calls and changing outcomes. They can’t have a rule in their pocket they can pull at any time, because they ‘think’ there was taunting.
I’d check the head ref’s bank accounts, because this looks fishy AF.
