Yeah, I usually lean over positive, but this is awful. Way too much talent to look this bad. Seriously, backed up inside your own 10 and you don’t have a quick hit throw ready?? This team is built for that. This is hard to watch. They need to get straight quick, or Dan needs to take over the play calling

Lol did you watch the playoff game last year? Was that Morton’s fault too? The offensive line lost 2 studs and replaced them with rookies basically… and Goff just isn’t that good when everything isn’t perfect. Morton might suck for sure… but Goff getting a free pass is hilarious.

Why are they running double move out routes and curls with a bad oline on 3/4th and medium???
When were lions most effective last year?? Quick slants and crossers. I dont think i saw a single one this game

It’s 1 game but Morton isn’t playing on the oline. The oline got dominated today. it’s a real issue. Lots of youth, and both Decker and GG are looking old

I would say Ben called a shit game considering Gibbs was having a monster game against a shitty run defense but you are trying to deflect from what the point here. We had one of the best offenses in the history of the NFL last year. We haven’t even scored a damn TD today and you think that is a good comparison? That is laughable at best. We won’t be a .500 team if the offense shits its past every week.

There’s no need to get so emotional. You are overthinking things or don’t understand what you’re watching. This has nothing to do with Morton.
The Lions oline took a huge step back. Goff needs the best oline in the league to succeed. It is literally impossible for Goff to be a competent QB with the o line playing like this. Goff is going to be one of the worst QBs if not the worst in trhe league without an elite oline. Theres nothing more to it.

Nevermind the oline. There’s going to be growing pains. Hopefully they gel more as the season goes. Bad game by them though.
Why are the receivers not getting open? That’s concerning. Is that on Morton? Is GB defense really that good?
