Ill be ok if the pistons got Portis back or a Wiggins. Seems way to much for a guy who probably won’t resign with the stones
I think Herro is fine as a return. I think he’d be great next to Cade. That being said, the assets being shipped out need to be appropriate when taking everything into context.

But need shooters so you trade away your best shooter. Now you need replace two players. Unless there is another trade or a fa pick up depth was key to the pistons last year

Yep, Stew or the 21st+LaVert is the most I’d do. If Langdon trades both despite having all the leverage or throws in Holland even worse then he’s completely lost the plot. I’d like to think that he’s more practical than that, he comes across as a practical guy and not that would make a panic trade like that.

Cade, Herro, Aussar, Tobias Harris? And Duren.
Okay. You can win with that.
Bench:
Jenkins, Sasser, Duncan Robinson, Ron Holland, and C Paul Reed. Couple other bench players. Thin on bigs.
Beef Stew and a draft pick for Herro makes the Pistons better but that isn’t a finished roster. Harris back? I love Tobias. Is Cade, Herro, Duren, then Tobias enough? Bench is solid as long as Duncan stays.

I still expect us to add a Coby White type to come off the bench regardless of who we add to be Cade’s second option.
I dont think herro will be a piston. Usually when there is talk thats just what it is.
This trade also hurts the pistons more then anything else. Herro cant stay healthy only played more then 70 games once

That does seem to be the case. Shams is the most reliable insider and he’s saying it’s likely to only be a two team trade with no third team. As much as I was ok with Herro addition, the rumored prices were way too rich for my liking.
