I think I remember that movie.
We need to do kore roll out/waggle deep ball stuff. He did that great in '17-'18 when he had real speed on the perimeter.
Just in case, clear your browser history.
YES!!! Especially with the weapons we have now. Goff is pretty proficient with rollout passing too.
And yet, he’s been to two pro bowls, and to the Super Bowl.
With weapons.
TEAM sport and all.
I think our offensive game plan will dictate just how much Goff goes deep. If we’re a run heavy and short route hoping for YAC type offense then we could see Goff’s deep attempts restricted.
I’m sure we’ll take our shots, but I don’t expect we’re going to have a Rams type offensive game plan.
Let’s just hope that when he does go deep it’s on target.
My guess too, at least early. Teams may try to take away the run/play action. If that’s the case, Our O will take advantage of what th eD gives us (intermediate to short routes).
I can see this happening. If Goff can make them pay, the over the top stuff opens up more.
I’m pretty sure that since they added Chark and Williams, to game plan is to take the top off the defense, and simply dictate what defenses can do against us. Don’t sleep on Chark, he’s gonna take the top off on the other side of Williams… two dangerous receivers opening it up underneath for our other weapons. Brad did us a real solid on offense this off season… and I tend to tth
It’s like what Issac Bruce said about the 99 Rams “If you come in with a lot of bullets in your gun, they can’t cover everybody.”

Good is good enough if you have a good team. This has been proven time and again. I agree he is a very good QB but maybe not great.
