Arg…. Fell asleep in my recliner as could get in and out of bed safely with all three points…
But I awoke due to the pain killer wearing off… this hurts folks…. Not as bad as my swollen feet back November but I can’t “move” with the pain as the torso must be activated to get up and down..
I know it will get better but ugh!
Hope you all have a blessed day! I took my pain killer and should be out in a few!!
Then if I get go later, I’m going to try to go for a short walk with baby steps!!

I have a small hiatal too, just found out. Was getting a lot of GERD. Weaning off the pantaprozole now I know it’s physiologic.
Wedge pillow helped a lot. Cheap easy fix.

No, but I had this super weird thing called Water Brash, where my mouth filled with saliva all the way in like seconds, and did it 7 times in a row…
The reflux was getting worse, but its the devil you know. When your mouth tries to drown you, time to go to the doc

That is odd, never heard of that. That’s gotta be a weird sensation.
I would wake up in the morning and think I had a dream of tasting vomit. Had that a few times b4 i woke up choking on stomach acid, been taking 2 omeprazole every morning since.

While I have been abstinence since 2004, I now feel bad for the girls back in the day I’d use for oral sex to include filling ther mouths up in seconds … time for repentance and more Confession on this past, bad Pratice I did

It’s cool I’m a little woozy right now from the meds I’m taking for nerve pain from shingles. I did have a moment today where I wondered if I should be driving. But I was in traffic at the time and had to keep my focus on the road.

Pain meds and hernia surgery
I’ve never been more concerned about a fellow Den members next bowel movement.
Those meds can turn you into a brick factory.

I’m on day 23 or something of pinched sciatic in my back, cant make it 30 feet without having to lay down feom the pain. And no they wont give me any pain killers, only Gabapentin and Prednisone steroid pack, neither of which touches the pain.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I’m too young to get the vaccine unfortunately. If it happens again I might have to look at going somewhere cash is king and I can get the shot on the down low.
I’ll take shingles over what you are dealing with every time though. No scalpels for me, thanks.
