If both lions and rams stay healthy

A lot of us fell for the belief Morton would continue building on what Ben was doing that made us successful. I’d have felt differently if someone had told me we were going back to the west coast offense from 04.

Agree…

I expect Miller, Moore, Tyliek, and Rat to be good to very good players for us in 2026

Many are acting like Terrion was a loss, but in actuality he was a bottom 10 CB in the league much of the last two years.

We would have won the division last year, and likely a playoff game in 2025- if we could have added Cade Mays, Borom, and Miller along with a year of experience for Rat last year… in lieu of the reps that Awosika, Glass and a broken Decker played…. We’d have won 2 more guys based solely on offensive efficiency.

Laporta is fine, Conklin will be a nice piece. Pacheco, Teslaa and Dortch feel like they could be upgrades over what we got from Monty, Tess, and Raymond “last year.”

Getting “Mac back” will be huge, and paired with year 2 Tyliek… the skill over Roy Lopez and the corpse of Reader is huge!

I would honestly bet on Rake or Abbney being at least ad good as Terrion was…

So really it’s Rolder/Barnes vs AA from last year, and Moore/DJ Wonnun vs AQM/Davenport

  • The Bears and Vikes each lost massive pieces of their defenses from last year… each lost 4 of their top 6 starters…Bears also lost their WR1 and Pro Bowl C- think about difference between Zietler to rookie year Rat here last year as a vision of Dahlman to the Bears rookie C

  • Packers lost R Gary, Doubs, their NT, Enagbare, and Jacobs is in a Terrion situation.

Let me add that it would be ■■■■■■■ awesome to beat Stafford in the NFC Championship game! :100:

here we are JULY 2nd, 2026…to me there is no concern with our Offensive power. but like every ■■■■■■■ year , our defensive strength concerns nobody. I have been a fan of this team beginning in 1978, NOW it’s still 2026, when in THEE hell is it time to make our Defense alpha 1 priority !? IT has to be tough, STRONG, not ranking in the 30’s horseshit. I’ll never understand how in thee fak, our Defense is not NOTICEABLY better than it is -now! It takes us over 48 YEARS to figure out how to form and properly run an NFL defense ??? :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Honolulul blue hopium is in high demand my man

I think lions end up with more in jail than the rams.

Lol maybe , but it’s probably more like Garret against rookie Miller , if your a defensive coordinator are you going to put your best player against ours , nope they will move Garret around, he will be going against that rookie RT. I’ll bet more then Sewell.

Hey now you used to the call the defense a bunch of gutter pussies, this is improvement.

I can call them worse than that , just waiting for them to fak up this season or let us down again-then I’ll have brand new shiny, word for them sonsabitches.

Your gutter pussies rant from about 5 years ago was a den classic. Hopefully the defense is decent this year and you don’t have to blow a gasket this year

IF both teams stay healthy, The Rams are going to witness an offensive power they have never seen from Detroit !

Not to beat a dead horse but remember when we had two Probowl caliber starting safeties and a first round corner in our starting line up? That was a fun time, way back then….I miss then.

From the best safety duo ever maybe?,

big time free agent signing DJ Reed

We gonna have to score 45 to win

Well if Aaron Donald is actually coming back that DL is going to be an absolute nightmare.

I sure hope he’s not coming back. That would be a massive addition if he’s been training. he hasn’t played in a couple years though but he’s still only 35. It’s not like he’s 40
