Is Rico really this dumb?

That is laughable….let’s trade a hard working guy who is willing to do whatever is asked of him for an aging DT that takes as many plays off as he plays. Ohhh and those plays he takes off, he is typically on the field for them!

We are in the “intentional bullshit to create content” part of the offseason.

Of all the talent in the league we could get for St Brown, he chooses Chris Jones LMAO

Trade is not an option here, especially right now

It ends when people quit clicking on it and watching it on TV.

That’s when people like Mike Tannenbaum with legit former NFL experience quit embarrassing themselves on national TV with legitimately atrocious takes every day.

If the consumer wants this shit to end, they’ll quit funding it.

ESPN gets to operate under their stupid business model that’s ruining everything of “our viewers care what OUR ANALYSTS have to say” instead of the truth that “our viewers care that our analysts are talking about SPORTS” because people watch their shows regardless of whether the analysis is actually good or not.

They realized at some point in the early 2000s - probably about the time they hired Stephen A. Smith - that engagement drove ratings, not information.

Not like it was a novel concept. Talk shows of the 90s were famous for that sort of thing, and as much as I hate to admit it, so was wrestling. And even before then British news outlets had become tabloidized for sensationalism. Unsurprisingly, it all goes back to Rupert Murdoch. He bought the Sun back in 1969 and turned it into a gossip rag, then really upped the game when he bought News of the World a few months later. He can hardly be faulted, the scandalous stuff is what sold.

Stupid take

After reading Cooper talk about covering ARSB I will never suggests trading him.

“Slot merchant” my ass he is literally one of the beating hearts that drive this team and culture.

It is shocking how people minimize his skills along with Goffs.

Ra is an absolute stud. Him and Penei have played a major role in building this teams culture when it was totally gutted. He’s about as un-tradeable as it gets.

that being said, his value is at its highest here. Theres no way they would ever receive enough back in return because he isn’t the talent that some of the other guys are in this league.

In Detroit, he’s a no doubt about it, top 5 WR in the NFL. I think the league views him that way also. I don’t think he is a superstar elsewhere without Goff. He’s just the absolute perfect fit here and I can’t see us ever letting him go via trade.

Chris Jones trade value isn’t half of what Amon Ra’s is.
