There is almost no chance the Lions play this kid at gunner. The main reason is to prolong his career. I could see him being used as a kick returner or punt returner though in the future in certain situations. The gunner roles will be filled by dudes not in the starting lineup at corner, safety and WR.
Although fake punts would be epic with Fox throwing to J-Mo! ha ha

Sneak him into the lineup on special occasions for it? If nobody catches it, and they don’t call timeout or adjust, you’d have a ST guy defending him one on one…WITH FOX throwing the ball. LOL. Indefensible.
