Do you think a millionaire athlete is actively filing suit and not having a legal team focus on this while he ā€œfocuses on the seasonā€ as you stated?

There is 0 chance he is actively pursuing this and not focusing on his training for the season. He has to have a legal team pursuing it on his behalf.

He uses it loses it.

If he has a case then he literally needs to pursue it.

Jamo keeps his legal team busy. Guns, gambling, lawsuits, suspensions, sexual celebrations in the endzones! Lol

Lol point is that it isnt a serious conversation to say that he should focus on the season instead. Millionares pay people to focus on shit so they dont have to.

Nil is a clown that isn’t in make up.

I’d pay money to see Jamo as a lawyer though

Jamo wont be a part of it at all. Maybe a 30min phone call a week.

His legal team will be taking care of it.

And NIL is completely fair.

Any other person over 18 can make money on their NIL no problem (kid with parental consent WITH the money going to the kid)

But yet for some reason college athletes weren’t allowed. And yet colleges and the NCAA made money off of them.

I think Jamo is as close to living in the moment as any sentient person on the planet. Focus? Focthem. Jamo is on to the next thing. Don’t worry, be happy!!

Ahhh, you must be one of those guys stuck in the 1960’s and ā€˜70’s who still believes the fantastic con job that ā€œthe price of a college educationā€ is sufficient compensate for these athletes. An absolute mindfuck of America that was somehow perpetuated for over 50 years. It’s one of those scenarios that when you look back on it you shake your head trying to figure out how the Universities and broadcast companies were able to sustain it.

Obviously their motive was billions of dollars a year in TV revenue and having unpaid actors was key. Not only unpaid actors but those unpaid actors could not receive a single penny from their own likeness while the universities and broadcast companies raked in 100’s of billions of dollars over that time span, while any average Joe Shmoe student was free to earn unlimited money from their own image and likeness. How did everyone fall for this for so long/

NIL is the answer that’s been needed for at least 30 years. Does it need to by structured and refined, yes but that’s how our society works. Change is usually extreme until the right balance can be formulated.

Our capitalist/free enterprise system allows any citizen the right to be paid whatever someone is willing to pay them and it’s obvious they were willing to pay them (college athletes) a shit ton.
