Love had a good 1st year startingā¦ but hereās where drafting and sitting him for 3 years hurts. Heās already looking for massive money after 1 good season. They had a 1st round qb on a rookie deal and they basically wasted his cheap seasons

Iād give him credit for having one half of a good season.
He was awesome in the 2nd half, but Iām not sure that heās proven to be worth 60 mill per year. Regression is as likely as progression with himā¦IMO

It fascinates me that discussions of Goffās worth were often marbled with the value of Ben Johnsonās scheme to Goffās effectiveness.
Yet Jordan Loveās breakout second half of 2023 had nothing to do with Matt LaFleurās genius? Whatever. I hope Jordan Love leverages the Packerās desperation to the max before the League catches up this year.

On the other hand, seeing a great QB twice a year will help us to get used to all the great QBs weāre gonna be seeing in the playoffs every year for the next decade.

It seems the Trevor Lawrence contract is the floor for Love.
That contract happens to be the highest in the league on average.
So Love wonāt practice until he gets a contract of at least $275M that averages at least $55M with at least $200M guaranteed.

We donāt want that. Going into a space like that with a pure heart would turn him into a fantastic leader. Rodgers is a bad example because heās taking his ego to lead the ceremony, instead of relaxing into his god energy.
