Ha…I remember one time other. I think it was 1999. ![]()
Cant beat the Costco selection and pricing when there is a sale.
Right, but my goal is to limit as many sources of plastic molecules as I can. Its impossible to avoid all, but daily or weekly totals from all sources add up.
We could combine this info with the TRT thread. ![]()
For some folks, its the single largest source of antioxidants in their daily diet.
I get it. You were expecting to see something risqué? How about one of those scantily clad baristas?
Enjoy it, ya perv! ![]()
@Tmanqz I prefer D cups
What are you gonna do with K’s? Lay on them like it’s a bean bag or what
Part of the correlation of body fat to longevity is the simple fact that falls in old age can lead to a rapid decline and shorten life. People who fall and break their hip in old age, for example, can go downhill quickly. Body fat makes falls less dangerous, lol. Also, there is less a chance for malnutrition in old age among people who eat more. There is nothing magic about being overweight, the above outlines some of the reasons that, yes, if you make it like 80, body fat is no longer considered a risk factor because your heart has already show it’s strong enough to handle the extra strain.
Here you go bud!

Thanks
Let me write that down, Fat is bad.
Great Idea - I don’t care what everyone says about you.
*You are good people.
You’re asking the wrong people bud !
When it’s surrounding your organs it’s bad. When it’s in the booty it’s just peachy.

The very oldest people tend not to be fat. But we’re talking about 90-100. Frailty is much worse, because we’re all going to fall at some point when we’re old. Some cushion prevents breaks and breaks can lead to death within six months. It’s better for your heart to be lean for most of your life, but if you have a strong ticker and make it to 70 a BMI of 30 is not going to hurt you and can help you avoid certain injuries.
/I’m building a longevity website and will share it when it’s ready to roll out.
Sounds cool I’d like to check it out.
I saw that the oldest people in the world all lived in small villages….all walked daily, up hills and what not, to get their fresh food, fresh fruit, etc.
There’s a reason why drunks don’t die in car crashes or get seriously injured in falls.
Doing things like air squats are among the best things you can do as you get older. I do 100-200 a day. I work at a desk and use a pomodoro timer. 20 mins of focused work, then 5 minutes to get up and do squats and dumbells. It may sound like a chore, but I really look forward to the breaks.
