I have been a fan since 1970, the one problem I’ve seen is bad GMs listening to bad coach it started with Fontes when he said Jim Kelly is not any better than Hipple and drafted a fullback 2 picks before Kelly and Mayhew saying A. Donald was too small for tackle and too slow for edge, and drafted Ebron and Holmes wanted Levi in first round and him and DC trying to decide between Laporta and Hooker in second

I just saw the video, Shep making some good pts. I suspect some of the players are nodding as if they know the plays but they don’t. Way to put them on the spot. Simplicity can go a long way. Keep sh?t simple.
Obviously, when things get too complicated, the worst these players respond/perform. They just don’t have the mental capacity to handle a lot of sh?t IMO.
NFL September schedule
Week 1 - Half the teams “We’re awesome!” The other half of teams “We suck!”
Week 2 - Half the teams “Ok, we’re back!” The other half “Oh, we might actually suck.”
Weeks 3-4 - Now is when you begin to see the real teams emerging and the front runners showing cracks. Whatever issues you are seeing by week 4, those tend to be the true issues that will make you or break you.
