Kiper's updated 2026 Big Board: Ranking the top 25 NFL draft prospects, plus

Only reason I’m posting this is that it’s one of the rare occasions when something like this isn’t behind a paywall.

Thanks. Like that they have the position rankings as well. Hoping DE and OL is a deep class this year.

Hmm. Caleb Lomu?

Thanks for sharing

If Matayo doesn’t declare and Faulk is there that late , go up and get him

Dunker RT day 2

I liked when I could get Lemon round 2 he’s a baller I like Concepcion as well even tho we don’t have any need at WR

It is very early in the process but I like Caleb Tiernan the LT from Northwestern in round 1. Kiper has him 7th for OTs. I’d then look for a big DE in round 2. I do hope we pick up the 4th round comp pick.

I think he’s higher than OT7.

He is certainly higher than 7 on my list so far. I need to watch more of World from Oregon too. From what I saw he looks pretty good. What is your opinion on him? You always seem to have the scoop on those ducks.

I like him. I don’t think he’s ready to start though. He’s been different than expected. Clearly a dancing Bear but was known for his prodigious pass pro which has been fine but hardly amazing. Run blocking has been better than I expected. He didn’t get top tier coaching until this year so he’s raw. If we knew that we had Taylor back for one more year and we took him with a redshirt as the heir apparent then I would be fine with that. But someone like Tiernan, while a bit lower in terms of upside, has a much higher chance of hitting the floor running IMO.

I mostly rely on Season Ticket holder rumors :joy:

Here’s Dane’s latest top 50, sans paywall. Some interesting takes. Matayo U at 43 (@Jman). Brandon Cisse at 25th.

It’s a pretty bad top 20. Reese helps but still.

Yeah it’s not great. Good year to trade into 2027!

Props to you and @Thats2 and @HSVLion being on Reese real early this season.

He’s the #1 player on Danes list

Faulk at 4 there, Kiper has him in the 20s. Could be this years Jared Verse IMO

Dane has Kadyn Proctor at 18, Kiper doesn’t have him in his top 25. He will still be only 20 at the time of next years draft and currently has a 3.7 gpa and will graduate next year. That’s focus. Like every year I tend to look for players that would fit a need for us and he’s one of them. Don’t care about WR’s or QB’s, DT’s or LB’s. I would love to add a complimentary TE but I don’t see much in this class esp where we would be looking. I also don’t see Edge as the priority that others do. For me it’s OL and secondary in that order.

It was rather obvious. He just looks very different. You notice it right away.

Nickel will be huge if Amik becomes too costly. That might come out of the draft.

His name is too close to Angel Reese so he’s off my board.

Proctor is an interesting prospect, I don’t think he fits the profile for the lions in athleticism… Dunker is the guy I keep coming back to if they decide to move Penei to LT… Fits this team perfectly demeanor wise, not sure if he can be a tackle in the league either

He’s a ■■■■■■■ monster.

He’s pushing Shazier for the best OSU LB I’ve watched in my tenure.

Yeah, Proctor will be divisive, and I get it. He’s a large man and explosive athlete. But he’s also one of the most linear athletes I’ve ever watched. Any time he has to change direction he just can’t do it (based on my evaluation of course), never mind tracking a guy at the 2nd level. That’s why people are all over the place on him. On my favorite draft pod, one guy has him ranked 20, the other has him as a 3rd rounder. That’s the sort of range you will hear on him. I just happen to be more like the latter guy, while you’re more like the former. So it goes. His peak plays are eye-opening, but his floor plays make you think he won’t be able to stick in the league.

Honestly to me we already have a version of that guy in Manu.
