So, we have actually taken a DE from Montana St before, Johnathon Taylor. Fourth round, he didn’t make it. They were pretty competitive back then, not so much now. But the size and speed is hard to ignore. There are some very good LB’s in this draft but if he’s there at 66 I would have a hard time passing.

agreed… I like him quite a bit.
He seems to be the “football player” that line up anywhere and figure it out… plus he is a physical beast.
So, he’s the Bo Derek of small school OLBs.

I mocked him at 66 in our contest on this board.
Thought then it may be wishful thinking. But that’s only two deep in picks for the entire league and there are a lot of OL, WR, CB, S, and even QBs that will be going heavily. Oh, I forgot D linemen.
There are possibly 3 or 4 LBs ranked higher than he is. He could fall.

With his athleticism and QB background I’d take him in a heartbeat. I have a feeling he’s not making it out of the 2nd round. There’s just a lot to like there.
