Me, too. But Lovett likely has a direct role next year as a Kalif replacement, whereas Meeks is a luxury as at best a #4 WR (who has little special teams experience) for the foreseeable future, with Jamo, ARSB and TeSlaa well ahead of him.

I went to the season opener against the Rams. Every time the official announced Skipper as eligible, the crowd went NUTS! During the year while watching on TV, I could hear the crowd erupt whenever he reported eligible.

Damn. So Strickland made it?
That’s my guess. I think Branch/Kerby as starters, Maddux first safety off the bench, Strickland as 4th string and primarily ST.

Strickland making it doesn’t really surprise me too much. I would like for them to go out and sign Z as I am just not going to be comfortable on the broken down Davenport

They played Ya-Sin at safety a decent amount in preseason, too. DB room is super versatile this year.

Some of the injured guys must be on the roster then go to injury so some of these guys will be back after that happens.
