Ten seasons with the Bengals is good training for coming here.

Bengals had the #1 ranked ST unit this past year. But, he’s a first time coordinator, so we’ll see.

I wonder did he interview. Perhaps he blew Patricia away in the interview process. He doesn’t have any ties to NE or Syracuse. Interesting.

Nice little resume’ as well!

He looks the part as well, lean mean fighting machine. That does matter to some here

Considered one of the best up and coming coaches at 33 years old.
Seems they took this hire seriously considering there’s visibly no ties to NE.

Welp…doesn’t sound like a BAD hire.

I hope we get a rising star at DC too.

Looks like our tactic of kicking to the 3 yard line and allowing the return (which I was a fan of) will be changing. Cincy was on the other end of the spectrum in that regard.

LOL

Lethal with that one. Love it.

Good read / find brother!!

n/m just noticed the article is 6 years old

We should have had a Top 5 special teams unit. We have a great FG kicker, return guy and although our punter seemed to be total crap at punts inside the 20 he was fairly consistent. Our coverage guys need to be all that. We should be winning the field position battle all day long with the talent on this team and that’s the difference in many games.
