I went to see “Where the Crawdads Sing.” Great movie! I’ve heard some ppl are complaining that they weren’t true to the text, but it was REALLY good. Never read the book though.

YES!!!

Love your list with one notable exception. Lost in translation is on my list of worst movies of all time.

One of the best books I’ve ever read. Didn’t see the movie yet. Unless its superlative, i would think it has to come up short, but I do want to see it.

True. Though not Stephen King, one other exception where the movie lived up to the book: One flew over the cukoo’s nest.

Definitely agree with you there!

I think Dan Campbell may rival Jamaal for most airtime. Those guys are just so authentic to watch and they just pull you in when they speak.

Agreed! Can’t wait to see all the personalities on the team, but those two for sure are the ones I’m most excited for

lol. to each their own I guess. To me it captures Tokyo so well. Plus Bill Murray and Scarlett Johansson

Oh it was horrible! Terrible ending, still can’t believe how dumb the ending was. I refuse to ever watch it again.

what stunk to me was the speed everything worked out. I didn’t have much issue with the end results for most of the characters just good lord let the show breathe a bit, like the previous 7 seasons.

and having jaime flip from his redeemed character to running back to circe was just so damn cheap. what happened in my head was jaime saying “I love her too much to let anyone else kill her” and then go to her and kill her quickly with no suffering.

you can definitely tell when they ran out of books to copy

I think it’s funny that ppl don’t believe in these coaches and this team.

Smiling on the inside when I read things the detractors post.

That is some truly powerful stuff right there. I don’t even care what he does on the football field this year, get that man a new contract and make sure he is wearing our uniform for as long as he is productive and willing to play football. He embodies everything you want from a player and a leader. He is quickly becoming one of my favorite Lions of all time and thats not even a hyperbole.

He’s really good for the team, for sure. Dan’s going to hire him as a coach the second he retires.

God damn, that didn’t help to ease my anticipation anxiety. I’ve always been a Jamal Williams fan but that one minute clip alone might have vaulted him up to my top 3 favourite Lions of all time. That was an incredibly powerful speech and no doubt, authentic, considering who it came from, almost made me misty eyed.
T minus 28 hours. Hurry up stupid time.
