Blow is the way I always heard it.
I took this to mean - do round 1 before you look at round 2, etc.
My draft would have been very different without the one round at a time thing. Probably would have taken edge earlier.
Kyle Turley said there was talk that a young Marino used to smoke pot and play games.
. Could just be Paul Bunyan stuff. But his body language in college did seem to be that of a party type. So I get how it could get wild.
If it was cocaine I find it hilarious that the football gods sent him to 1983 Miami. ![]()
Yes. I meant check round 1’s board and make the round one pick and then move to the next round and so on.
Oh yeah, I totally cheated then.
you have to do a do-over!
I know too much
I just went through and took who I thought was the best player in each group. In the mock drafts I average about 15 trades per draft. I often start with 4 trades before I even select a player.
Hadn’t heard that. I was at Pitt when Marino was there…but he was drafted after I left. I was pissed when the Lions passed on him.
This draft does not require the “Where’s the beef?” question. That has to be about 2000 pounds of prospects there.
17 Kendric Faulk, DE, Auburn
50 Christen Miller, DL, Georgia
118 Jude Bowry, OT, Boston College
128 Zane Durant, DL, Penn State
157 JC Davis, OT, Illinois
188 Justin Jefferson, LB, Alabama
205 Jaeden Roberts, IOL, Alabama
213 Will Kacmarek, TE, Ohio State
I actually think we may take 4 DL in the draft. Well one of those is probably a hybrid SAM/DPR type so I guess it’s 3 depending on how one classifies that hybrid guy.
I think we add a backup NT late. I think we want both a base end and a 3T. And we’re clearly digging around the hybrid 240-250 lb athlete cohort.
