Thatās my main takeaway. If we want Goff to succeed, and we want Saint, Jamo, Gibbs, Laporta, and all these offensive weapons to shine - weāve gotta have the OL humming. We should be set there and it feels great.
They may have one. Before I added MORE to the IOL group, Iād see what I have between Mahogs, Frazier and Scruggs. Thatās 3 potential hits for one position. I think the OL is set.
Iām really happy about this man. Outside of Bain this was the guy I wanted most at 17th.
Jack Campbell of right tackles
I think the kid will be good and even if heās just okay getting a decent tackle for what the 17th pick makes just opens up a lot for us cap wise moving forward
Like Decker, both born and raised in ohio, both 6-7ā 320lbs, Decker was pick 16, both to the Lions. Decker was a HS basketball player, Miller a state champion wrestler.
Not super excited about this pick, but I trust Bradās track record. And many well respected draftniks like this dude. I wasnāt truly excited about any of these dudes tbh.
He is damn near a 10 RAS. My question would be: why isnāt he a left tackle? Is there a reason for this? I donāt really buy the āwhat does it matterā argument.
