Names get headlines. Perhaps all the fuss over Brad signing Zach Cunningham should have been triggered much earlier by Grant Stuard’s signing. Could Stuard be the pro version of Carson Schwesinger this year? Could I be clickbaiting?

I think Stuard’s signing was more about replacing JRM, who was getting up there a bit. Stuard is a special teams dynamo, who can also contribute at LB as a spell guy and injury depth. I don’t think he is going to end up fighting for a starting job though.
