Bartch actually won the opening day left guard spot for the 49ers last year. Looked good for a couple games and of course he got injured and why we signed him. But apparently does have some ability if healthy of course.
Sorsdal and that days are numbered
Sorsdahl was lucky he got hurt last year in preseason. He wasn’t making the team anyway, so he got a free year of service and pay out of it.

He’s a super depth guy who was no doubt dirt cheap. Again, there’s basically no downside to a signing like this. We have to bring 90 guys to camp and he’s actually started games.

Maybe 4 if you count Scruggs. Or 5 if you count Niese. Or 6 if McLaughlin makes it back into playing shape. Or 7 if we draft a guy lol.
