Dont hate it
MFer you beat me to it ![]()
actually solid depth signing at TE can play in the TE2/3 spot reliably and hes a great blocker.
Hopefully, he’s a tremendous blocker because his stats from last year are kind of meh
I won’t particularly like any depth move we make until we get a starting DE for next season. Hard to ignore the elephant that’s been in the room.
He’s a good run blocker.
I know we talk about OL alot right now at 17….
but it might be DE, actually this time fr, i swear. (Pls)
Te was a need. But I do agree with you. Need to address de fast
The offence never quite looked the same after Laporta went down…TE depth was definitely a need. Experienced and solid in the run game, good signing…
Unless Brad signs a DE or drafts one at 17, there’s a good chance that former 6th rounder Ahmed Hassanein will take his first ever NFL snaps as our starting DE with me and you backing him up next season.
This is impossible. Everyone knows the off-season ended Thursday.
Good depth player.
Honestly I like him better than Wright
I’m tired of Brock.
Solid veteran TE. Good move.
Yep, finally a legit #2 TE. Some might argue he’s capable of being a #1 as well in spots
I hope so, but apparently he was really bad in LA last year. Like healthy scratch bad. They all seem to agree he’s lost a few steps. Either way he won’t be costing anything, if he doesn’t work out he doesn’t work out.
Good addition. Has been a starter most of the past 5 seasons. Not just a blocker. Has had some productive years too as a pass catcher.
Solid add IMO
And was needed. The concern I have is if the Lions have a TE1
We have had some bad luck on the injury front for sure
He’s a local kid (Chesterfield Township) who went to Central Michigan. He might have taken a slight hometown discount to sign here.
I also think he’s an upgrade over Wright.
