They obviously wanted this guy. They must think highly of him. His athleticism is off the charts. I have not seen any tape or read much on him but my guess is they think he’s a future Lion version of Puka Nacua II but even faster!
Nacua was a 5th round draft pick. I guess we wait and see. Probably a ton of upside here. If not then we have a starting big / fast 3rd receiver going forward.

Its not a replacement. He plays across from JAMO. Makes life easier…think pacua nacua. If jamo doesnt take a fair deal…then he is a a replacement…but if he does it right…then its not a replacement. It was not stupid at all.
Well, I see the bar isn’t very high. I think this Teslaa kid has a great shot at being more productive than Laquon. Shrug.
He’s a slot guy… But way faster and more athletic than Puka… I don’t think he’s going to play outside any time soon
