Who was thanking Goff at the end ?
Jesus H. Christ some of you guys are buzzkills.
Yes the season has been rough and criticism has been more than warranted many steps of the way but let’s just enjoy a damn win for a change and save all the AG and Dan suck shit for another time.
That looked like Jerry Jacobs. He has a solid game.
It was Jacobs. Jared was telling him good job and Jacobs was telling him to “knock 'em dead” next week. Then they thanked each other.
Soldiers.
Exactly! No matter how anyone tries to twist it, DC and AG have not lost the locker room. Clearly.
We won, and, we got some players on defense!
It was the Pack, so, why doesn’t it feel all that exciting to beat Aaron Rodgers?
Sad times for Cheeseheads coming.
Dudes talking about “Dan’s lost the locker room” has always been the silliest shit posted on this board.
Utter ridiculousness.
Same with Grit jokes. Say what you want aobut this team, they play their asses off, and they dont’ quit.
That’s not what this is about..it’s talking about the camaraderie and support of the brotherhood.
Still fun to complain no matter what though…I get it.
word
Funny you say that haven’t seen 1 post from tc today and he is usually bashing in every post after a loss
hey we beat Erin again, anytime we do this I’ll cheer for it. and the way OUR team was ? makes it even better. Props to all the Lions’ players that helped create this win. As far as Justin Fields goes? he wasn’t doing much before he had this Giant running TD for 61 yards, and I don’t consider him as some GREAT QB. it’ll still be a fight if we play tough next week.
All I see is guy that doesn’t belong and talks alot of sell jobs if that group was as tuff and good as he was saying then he’s a really bad coach because they should of won more if there what he says.
Of course there all gonna be excited after a win especially when they only have won one all year and been laughed at.
I mean they haven’t had much to celebrate. They looked like a bunch that hasn’t won much and it’s kinda new to them. They beat a bad packer team that turned the ball over 4 times and maybe the worst game Rodgers ever played. And Big Dan with his go for it no matter what really almost lost the game again, if he takes the points on the first drive the pack would have never had a chance with that last drive, Arron’s poor play had more to do with us winning then us playing great. The defense definitely took a step forward too
But yeah like someone said winning cures everything.
Excepting or not excepting losing doesn’t mean your a good or bad fan. I see fans that are so used to losing that any site of good they spew all over there self so they choose to ignore the bad. I’m glad we won as I always am. But it didn’t change my out look on Dan. They guy still tryed to give this game back to the Pack making the same mistake he’s been making. This team won that game inspite of Dans Blunders.
5.5 wins!

Not funny at all just been busy, but here I am cupcake. And yes beating the Packers sure didn’t make me change my mind on Dan.
didnt change my mind either on Dan, but beating the Packers will always be welcome in my book regardless
You know whats weird now? Dan has a winning record against the Pack 2-1 lmao
Well there is a positive
I think that’s why Dan gave Glenn the game Ball because his defense stepped up and saved his ass. If they don’t stop the pack on that last drive, then Dan’s go for it on 4th not taking the points would have cost us the game. Again.
Shit I’ll bet he had a case waiting for him.
Bears Offense is looking good now, and we got the giants, which will likely be a 1 score game (Legit all of their games have been in 1 score outside of the seahawks game lmao)
Bears game is a decent litmus test for this D without Pleasant around.
You don’t think our shaky roster plays into Dan’s decisions? If we are up by 2 scores he could opt to play it safe like all of the other Lion coaches who were fired. Playing not to lose. I have no problem at all with the aggressiveness right now. With less talent risks have to be taken. You referenced in an earlier post about going for it on 4th down instead of kicking a FG and that would have made the last drive moot…that is assuming that everything worked out exactly the same during the rest of the game. How do you know that the ensuing kickoff wouldn’t have been returned for a TD? There’s absolutely no way to tell. The only thing that is certain is that Dan and his staff made enough good calls to beat the Packers 15 - 9.
I think you’re arguing for “not mutually exclusive”. You can be both, One does not exclude the other. I agree.
