Dude first drive of the game we come up short and instead of taking points he goes for it and comes away with nothing. Tell me one good coach that does that ? Every coach I know takes the points. That almost cost us the win again.
Seems pretty Gullible to blame that on the roster. Seems if your roster is bad you need points when you can get them.

legit outside of those two 4th downs, he wasnt super bad today, had a good challenge on the Will harris incompletion there which was huge
Ok. We scored 15 points. Say we kicked the FG and everything stays the same. Is there anyone on the planet who would think that 18 points would be enough to beat Green Bay? Especially when we are fielding one of the worst defenses in NFL history!! He knows when there’s an opportunity to score more points he’s going to attempt it. I have no problem with this aggressiveness…at this point in time.
He knew enough to beat Green Bay and 2 time defending MVP Aaron Rodgers.
That is Dan’s superpower and AG just part of that parade. Whatever deficiencies Dan has a strategist can be fixed with time, experience and a brainiac added to the staff. What Dan does for this team is invaluable. How he coaxes resilience out of his team after a steamroller has run over and backed up over them 50 times is a special talent.
Sign him to an extension while he’s still cheap. 
If Barnes stacks two games like that in a row, build a statue for the LB’s coach
You seem abscessed with with excuses, how many coaches do you see not taking the points, it’s the first drive of the game for peete sake. Answer how many coaches do you see do this ? It’s football 101. Some might try it once in awhile but Dan does it every time, if you can’t see the fault in that then no one can help you. And no matter the what ifs you say that choice almost cost us another game.
Sometimes these guys just need confidence and this could be hudge for Barnes going forward.
Biggest issue as we all knew was mental, dude had the body.
Now these past 2 games? Mental is looking better, hes playing smarter and better, if he continues, great sign for this team with Barnes, Rodrigo and Board being an okay LB group (Analzone is uhh a thing)
I will say this about Dan, the decision to go for it on 4th down from the GB 43 with 2 minutes left should have gotten him fired win or lose. That is basic football 101 up 6 make them go the length of the field not 57 yards.

Absolutely. In both chess and poker, you definitely have to be aware of the situation vary your strategy with the moment and with what you got. Football is no different.
Remember when Belicheat went for it on 4th and 2 on his 30 yard line late in the game with Manning on the other team. It failed but that was the right call. That would get Dan pilloried–again–but he’s immune to second guessing, though not learning.

I would have taken the FGA on the opening drive, but agreed with going for it from the GB 43. Try to keep the ball. Go for the win with your offense rather than rely on your defense.
John Harbaugh has been known to follow the analytics which has led to some losses. He is considered a decent to good coach if not mistaken.
DC has been following the analytics I didn’t mind going for the TD as we need TD’s to beat GB more often than not. I hated the play call.
The other one I wasn’t a fan of.
I can see that one and I like being aggressive, but not stupidly agressive. Points at the beginning of the game is basic 101. Especially a team that is struggling.

Playcalling for them have been atrocious tbh, idk if thats campbell or Johnson (Im assuming johnson), but outside of that 3rd and 1 that mitchell caught, its been bad. Goffs execution also hasnt been good either tbh
Football 101 is broken and exposed like the triple option. Dan is in the vanguard of football strategy. Evolve!!!
Something was different this game. 99 times out of 100 that call goes to GB. Also the late non-PI on Jacobs. These ref’s were not with the program. I have to look up their names. I’m betting one was not Hock a luey junior.
